The Riverstone Group (TRG) is creating a 31 acre single family residential subdivision. In partnership with the Tennessee Baptist Children’s Homes (TBCH), funds from this new neighborhood will support construction of new facilities for TBCH. TRG led the process to have the master plan reimagined, rezoned and is now developing infrastructure for this 25 lot strategically located residential neighborhood in the core of Brentwood, TN.
